Challenge: 97% of leadership positions globally are held by men, we need more female leaders.

Insight: 96% of female leaders with true decision-making powers played competitive sport, as they view the skills learned, like resilience, teamwork and focus, as a fast track to leadership.

Message: Girls who play become women who lead.

Initiative: Launch and scale She Has Fire, a female football advocacy team pushing to keep girls in sport and accelerate the percentage of future female leaders.
