GAME4UKRAINE CHELSEA FC
Role: Creative Partnership & Fundraising Director.
Challenge: Ukrainian children were suffering from a lack of schools to continue their education during wartime.
Insight: Ukrainian football players, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Andriy Shevchenko, wanted to help by creating a major charity match.
Initiative: Alongside the lead partners, Legends TV and Chelsea FC, we co-created a major footballing charity event to support Ukrainian children.
Results: 90 elite players and 28 musicians, actors and cultural leaders, attended the event alongside 25 0000 fans in the stadium and 3 million streamed in over 100 markets. President Zelensky live-streamed into the event with a message of thanks. Final donation total €2.1M.
